Service 08 — Google Ads

Rent the top of the page while you earn it.

Paid search on the terms a cluster is aiming at, running while the organic pages are still climbing. The search-term data comes back into the plan, so the spend leaves something behind.

Covered here

  • Account audits & rebuilds
  • Search & Shopping campaigns
  • Search-term harvesting
  • Conversion tracking
  • Landing page matching
  • Budget pacing

The fastest keyword research money can buy.

A month of search campaigns will teach you more about your market than any keyword tool. Not estimated volumes — the actual phrases people typed, which ones turned into enquiries, and which ones drained the budget quietly.

In most companies that report is read by the ads person and nobody else. We treat it as a research instrument: terms that convert go into the cluster map, and the pages get written against evidence rather than a guess.

Cover the gap while the pages climb.

A new cluster takes months to establish. Ads hold the ground in the meantime, on exactly the terms those pages are being written for, and step back as the organic results take over.

Which means the budget on a working subject should fall over time. Paying to appear above a page you already rank first for is usually the first thing we switch off, and we will tell you when that moment arrives.

An account a director can read.

Campaigns named after subjects rather than a naming convention somebody inherited. Negatives maintained weekly. Every change written down with its reason, so a year later nobody has to guess why a bid strategy is the way it is.

Fees are fixed. We are not paid a percentage of your spend, because that quietly rewards the wrong outcome.

What you get

Deliverables, named plainly.

No line items you cannot picture. Everything below is something you can open, read or use after the work is done.
01

Account read-through

An honest read of the existing account, or a fresh structure built around subjects rather than leftovers.

02

Search-term harvest

A monthly list of what people actually typed, sorted into terms to bid on, terms to write about, and terms to block.

03

Tracking that matches reality

Conversions defined as enquiries or sales you would recognise, checked end to end before spend scales.

04

Landing page notes

Where the ad promise and the page do not match, written up so it can be fixed rather than bid around.

How it runs

The order the work happens in

Same sequence every time, so you always know what stage we are at and what is coming next.
  1. 01

    Read the account

What is running, what it costs, what it produces, and what is being spent on terms nobody wants.

  2. 02

    Build small

A tight structure on the subjects that matter, launched at a budget that can survive a bad fortnight.

  3. 03

    Harvest

Weekly negatives, a monthly search-term review, and the findings handed to whoever writes the pages.

  4. 04

    Hand over

As organic coverage lands, spend moves off the terms you now rank for and onto the next subject.

Questions

About google ads

No. Fees are fixed for an agreed scope. A percentage quietly rewards a supplier for spending more of your money, which is the opposite of what you are hiring one for.

Send the situation in a few sentences. If a different service would help more, we will say that instead — it costs us nothing to be straight with you.

  • A written reply from the person who would do the work
