Most reporting measures activity, not progress.

Sessions went up, bounce rate went down, here are twelve charts. None of it answers the only question that matters: is the money going into this producing enquiries, and from where?

We report at the level the work happens — the cluster. Which subjects are gaining coverage, which pages are climbing, what those pages did once people arrived.

Fix the measurement before trusting it.

Almost every account we open has something wrong: internal traffic counted, a form firing twice, a consent banner blocking half the data, goals set up for a page that no longer exists.

So the first pass is a tracking audit. Until the numbers are trustworthy, a nicer dashboard just displays the same wrong figure in a better typeface.

Written, not just charted.

Each reporting cycle ends with a short written note: what moved, why we think it moved, what we did, and what we would do next. Two or three paragraphs a person can forward to a director.

The dashboard stays live for anyone who wants to dig, but nobody should have to interpret a chart to know whether this is working.

What you get

  4. 04

    Report

Questions

About analytics

Usually not. GA4 plus Search Console covers most of what a publishing site needs. We will say if something else is genuinely warranted.

Analytics

Think analytics is where you should start?

Send the situation in a few sentences. If a different service would help more, we will say that instead — it costs us nothing to be straight with you.

  • A written reply from the person who would do the work
  • No pitch deck, no discovery call before a first opinion
  • If we are the wrong fit, we will say so and point elsewhere
